Beyli is a modern and attractive alternative to traditional, fixed braces. This German company has expanded into the Czech market after finding great success in Poland. It is now continuing its expansion into Eastern Europe.
After successfully launching onto the Czech market, we used performance campaigns and detailed analytics to confirm the potential of the future expansions (into Ukraine, Russia, and Slovakia).
The biggest challenge, as is the case with any project running on multiple markets simultaneously, was setting up some kind of central reporting where you could compare KPIs and data from all the different markets in a single place — often necessary when demonstrating value to decision-makers. We accomplished this for Beyli with a combination of Funnel.io and Google Data Studio.
